Lillian Gristwood

I am sorry to have to pass along news of the death this evening of Lillian
Gristwood of the Central New York Area of the Empire State Iris Society.

Lillian recently retired from her positions as AIS Director and Exhibition
Chairman. She was a driving force and tireless worker in iris activities in
New York State for years, and she will be sorely missed. I do not have any
details of arrangements. I am sure Jim would appreciate hearing from his
friends. The past couple of years have been too full of loss for the
Gristwood family.
