	The North Mississippi Lakes Iris Society held its show at the First 
United Method Church in Grenada, MS, on Saturday, the 24th of April.

187 stalks were entered and here are the awards:

	Best Specimen (QOS)			STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN		Truman Scarborough

	1st Runner-up				HELLO DARKNESS                      W. Moores

	2nd Runner-up				PRALINE FESTIVAL			  W. Moores

	Best Historic				HELEN COLLINGWOOD               W. Moores

	Best Seedling				CHOCOLATE CHESS                      W. Moores

	Youth Best Speciman			DUTCH TREAT			   Kelsey Kuykendall

	Silver Medal				20 blues					   W. Moores

	Bronze Medal                                 16 blues					    Billie
													    Jones

	480 irises were ordered at the show by patrons visiting the display. 
 Some people still have their lists out, so there will be more,  This 
is really good for our little society of 25 members located in a 
sparsely populated area.
