Re: OT-ART: van Gogh iris paintings

From: Sandy Ives <rives@home.com>

Chris said
If you live in a reasonable proximity you may be interested in taking in the
special van Gogh iris paintings exhibition at the National Gallery of Canada
in Ottawa, Ontario this summer. The display started June 11 and runs to
September 16/99.

And if you just want some souvenirs, there will be a van Gogh coffee mug,
t-shirt, and catalogue of the exhibit at the CIS auction at the Royal Botanical
Gardens in Burlington, Ontario (Canada) this weekend.

A set of the above was auctioned at the WNYIS auction in Buffalo (July 31st) and
now graces the stately Guest mansion. Hope to see it soon.
