Rodney's list of irises of North America by state/province was very useful.
I would add the following records from Canada that were missing.

All are taken from the national Flora of Canada by Scoggan except for the
virginica var shrevei, which is from herbarium records based on a number of
collections found along the St. Lawrence River is Quebec.

Yukon - setosa
Quebec - virginica shrevei
British Columbia - setosa
Ontario - brevicaulis
