Sorry to take so long to reply to this but here are the answers:

1. Canadian mailing address:membership 1 year $10.00 Can funds
2. USA mailing address: membership 1 year $10.00 US funds
3. Other mailing addresses: memnbership 1 year $20.00 Can funds

The above rates are neccessary to cover the extra cost of postage for
mailing either to USA or anywhere else outside of Canada. 
Any other questions, just ask and I will try to answer.
