Great work! The magnitude of which can only be appreciated by those who have 
personally built a database.

If you save the file back in Office 95 format and transfer it to the archives 
it should be usable by most people. Office 97 is available thru most online 
auctions for $25 if you have the Hard drive space.

Your file saved in a delimited format ( comma ,tab etc) would allow it to be 
imported into most databases. An accompaning text file with the list of 
columns would make that much easier for the more computer literate like John. 
It is unfortunately, the only way I know of that Dorothy is going to get it 
into any of  Microsoft's Works programs.
