Linda has expressed my feelings, altho I may go back further  in the iris 
world.  I remember when I was a little girl, how thrilled my mother was when she 
came home from her garden club with a YELLOW iris ! !  And, of course, there 
were no organizations then, or shows -- My local club isn't as distant as 
Linda's, and altho I support the shows (like a good girl!) but  I'm not  a 
competitive person at heart.  I prefer gardens to see and people to talk to!  But it 
takes all  kinds to make the world go around!  Rosalie nr Baltimore, Maryland,
