Debbie Rairdon

Does anyone remember the Dykes winner Debby Rairdon (iris variety, not a
hybridizer)? As I recall, this was one of a very few (or perhaps the only
one) seedlings raised by a housewife in her backyard. She won the
sweepstakes! There was an article on this in the AIS bulletin some years
ago.

Can anybody with a more complete collection of bulletins than mine supply
the reference to that article?

I'd also appreciate it if anyone can quickly recall the bulletin in which
an article appeared describing the commercial operation at Schreiner's.

Best wishes, Bill
