OT- SIGNA site, membership

A question for SIGNA members.  On this site membership is offered on the site
with the annual or three year cost and the address of the membership

I have been a member of SIGNA for a while now and believed AIS membership was
the requirement for SIGNA membership.

Is this the case or would it be the new site is still editing the material.
