For those of you who are interested, I can e-mail you (as a file 
attachment) a list of "800" numbers of places which do searches for 
out-of-print books.  It is a list provided by a local branch of 
Barnes & Noble, given to customers when B&N had exhausted all of its 
resources for finding something...
