The AIS used to distribute the "RHS Colour Chart" 
(Royal Horticultural Society) but they became 
VERY expensive and AIS stopped selling them.

Early on the colors had names, but when I got mine it was just numbers.

Sharon McAllister posted the conversion tables a few years ago.
