Sally,  I liked your quote.  Even tho I was an English Lit major in college, 
I can't recall him at this stage/age    Can you tell me where you found this 
i.e. book, volume, etc.  Thanks - My I. foestidissima always comes up in the 
Sptring, but never blooms.  Does anyone have a solution to that, besides 
scolding it with threats to toss it out?  Rosalie nr Baltimore   zone 7 which 
is not sure what zone it is   ryfigge@aol.com
