The Recorder publishes a symposium of favorite rebloomers as voted by the 
membership each year along with their zones of reported rebloom.  The 
Symposium includes primarily (exclusively?)  cvs older than 1999, though. 
The Recorder also includes articles on rebloomers in a variety of 
climates, including the cold zones.  It would be a better source of info 
about the very newest cvs than the 1998 Checklist would be.
