Yes, but if  you really want seedlings with 12" stalks, I have a few I haven't dug up yet.  :-)

  I ended up getting 6 seed pods on Maria Tormena, even 
  though the stalks were only about 12" tall.
  I guess short stalk flowers are still fertile.
