A question for all AIS judge
that give Garden Tutoring sessions.

Chuck, are you asking about the tutoring that is given to an Apprentice
Judge--the one-on-one session, or a general group garden training session
given to multiple irisarians at once?....they are two different things, and I
think the answers given so far may be confusing the two.
The one-on-one training for an Apprentice does not involve a formal test,
but rather a dialogue, I believe. At least, that is the way our Region has
done it. And, I see no mention of a test on p. 6-7 of the Judges Handbook.
The general garden training, given especially at conventions and other
group outings, is for anyone, not just an Apprentice, and that does require a
written test, is my understanding. P. 3-4 is relevant.
