REB: dawn of change

Is dawn of change (ernst 93) a rebloomer. I don't have it listed as a
rebloomer and Cooley does not list it as a rebloomer.. According to my
records I bought it last year at our club sale.

We had our first hard frost and I was cutting back the herb. peonies and
other perennials. I looked up and directly at three fans with three stalks.
I got up and walked to the front of the bed to double check. If it is not,
the next question is what do I have? Ah, sweet mysteries.

A fine year for rebloomers or maybe in my case fall bloomers.
