Suzette -- how about becoming the Youth Chair?? or Adult advisor?? the person
who makes sure there are youth divisions in the show schedule, the person
who sets up the training sessions for youth, or run a contest for the youth?

 Now when a youth member joins they gave them all kinds of=20


that should put you right in the thick of things!! and you can learn right
along with the youth and eventually, when it becomes a whole lot of fun,
you'll be better known to the other folks, also, and you can build a network
that way...
