HIPS Web Page

   I, like many others on this list,  wondered what happened to Mike Lowe and
his HIPS Web Page.  Well,  I called  him last  night and he explained..
    His server has been down but everything else is O.K.  He tells me his server
goes back to their _ garage_ to check things out and sez things it won't take
 "They've been saying this was quite some time"...    Mike
