This address lists a large number of gardening and plant related mailing 
lists. There is not one specifically for tulips. There is a daffodil 
list. You may need to try a few to see if anyone is discussing tulips. 
It seems to me that the most talked about plants on the web are irises, 
roses and pumpkins.
