11 November, 2001 gallery additions
As many of you know, I went to Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest on the weekend of October 27th. I had a lot of fun, and spent Friday and Saturday night camping in southern Indiana [1]. 😃 This week's photos are entirely from that trip, and many of them are pretty darned good. Unfortunately, some aren't so good either. :( I usually use Fujichrome Velvia for my slides, but since it was so cloudy I decided to experiment with some Ektachrome 100S. That was a mistake — the colors just aren't the same. Compare the two photos below: https://www.hort.net/gallery/view/ver/caldiis50/ https://www.hort.net/gallery/view/ver/caldiis51/ The first one used the new film, and the second was my old stand-by, Velvia. I don't know about you, but I like the second one a lot more! Anyhow, here are the first 30 or so, for better or worse... Enjoy!
