18 March, 2009 gallery additions
Holy cow! It's been 20 months since I updated the gallery on this site! When I moved everything to a new server in 2007 the image import process broke, but I've finally fixed it again. Expect to start seeing new photos on a regular basis again! This time I added photos that remind me of spring. Whether it's the tender, light green foliage of a newly emerged hosta or the pastel cheer of a spring beauty, these plants make me look forward to the coming seasons.Since I'm revamping the gallery, I'd love to get your input about the changes that you'd like to see. Do you want to upload your own photos? Are the ones on display too small? To see the difference between small and large photos, compare https://www.hort.net/images/eryal40.jpg https://www.hort.net/gallery/view/lil/eryal40Does size make a difference here? Or is the interface clunky? Do you want to be able to search for specific image types? Please send an email to suggestions@hort.net with your ideas!Christopher Lindsey, gallery maintainerThis newsletter is also available at http://www.hort.net/gallery/date/2009-03-18/#ml
