Re: [Aroid-l] Philodendron ID

Hi Sean,

I do not know of any on the web other than Brian Williams' web page that has photos of it (I purchased my plant from him last year so he may be able to confirm the ID) I have seen this item mislabelled often since then, some calling it 'tropical fingers' and p. radiatum which it obviously is not. I have a few photos of mine but are not online yet, but they do look like the plant in your photos.

Regards,
Tom

Hi tom,
do you know of any pics on the web? Sorry only working with a 79 edition of tropica(looking for an 84 edition of exotica)

It looks to me like p. mayoii.

Hi all,
Any idea what species this is? The leaves dont get much larger than in the pics (maybe 5 inches or so)and it is a true vining species. I'm not 100% sure it is a philo as it might be an amydrium. Got it from a rare plant grower 2 years ago and he lost the original tag for it and has so many plants he generally cant keep them straight.

Thanks,
Sean
