Akatsuka Orchids in Hawaii sometimes has the green-flowered A. Midori for sale:

Seems their inventory is updated fairly regularly, and they offer a number of interesting named varieties. I used to try to grow a number of andraeanum hybrids, but I've given up -- too much trouble with thrips & spider mites during the winter, and I don't have the bandwidth to manage that.
