From a protracted thread about this on another list, it appears that
ebay only intervenes when the infraction has something to do
specifically with ebay; they do nothing when a seller is snatching
other people's images.

Maybe a letter from your lawyer, on his/her letterhead might do
something...that is, if you can locate the seller's address.  Or,
maybe a comment on the seller's rating list?
