Caladium palacioanum habitat

Hi All, I have a quick plant question. I wonder if there is any habitat
data for Caladium palacioanum(?). More specifically, does it grow near
water? I think that I have seen collection references with Tom C. as
collector, so maybe he or somebody else might have an idea about this
plant.
