phil---i don't know if it is on-line yet.  it is in the last volume of Aroideana, Vol. 27.  of course there are many interesting Anthuriums in that region too, at that elevation, but i doubt that you'll find many Philodendron that high.  there are probably  many as yet unpublished species there, in whatever genera you encounter.

In doing a little looking around the web I found a reference to Croat:  Chlorospatha of Antioquia (Colombia). Is this article available online?
