Posting of Hypertext Files and Attachments

Susan tried to post a hypertext file to the list, not knowing that the 
listproc would choke on this kind of file, and if it did get through the 
processor it would probably be corrupted in the process, thus unreadable 
with a web browser. In this situation I suggested to her that posting a 
URL would be most appropriate and most useful for everyone in the end.

Its probably appropriate at this time to remind all, please, no hypertext 
files, and no attachments.
