How to process a konjac tuber to konjac flour?
I searched the aroid-L archive (and the www) for knojac flour in order
to find a desription how to process a konjac tuber to flour by
traditional methods; e.g. teh dry method, not the wet using alcohol for
I only found general descriptions (choppin and drying of the tuber and
grinding it), but none that would be suitable to help to process a tuber
to flour at home.
So would someone know details or has done this?
