'Burle Marx' vs. burle-marxii

This question is motivated by my iNaturalist activity. There seems to be a lot of confusion about Philodendron 'Burle Marx' and Philodendron burle-marxii. On the Kew Gardens website, the herbarium specimen of P. burle-marxii has essentially lanceolate leaves, only slighly indented at the base, as seen here: https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:192988-2

Whereas many images throughout the internet labeled as P. burle-marxii, including the taxon photo on Wikipedia, have distinctly cordate leaves, as seen here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philodendron_burle-marxii

I am hoping that the Aroid community can shed light on this.
