Yes, this is as you call it Sauromatum guttatum syn. Typhonium venosum syn. Sauromatum venosum syn. Sauromatum pedatum. The leaf in the photo 1,3c is juvenile. The adult leaves have 9-13 leaflets.
 
BTW: Could I use the photo of the infructescence in my site? My plants have never fruited.
