Anthurium cross pollination?

Title: Anthurium cross pollination?
To what extent are members of the Anthurium Section Pachyneurium intrafertile?  I grow both Anthurium schlechtendalii and Anthurium watermaliense, neither of which has ever set seed.  This year, they bloomed at the same time and were right next to another.  The schlechtendalii inflorescence faded and dried, while that of the watermaliense appears to POSSIBLY have been fertilized.  So was I simply fortunate to have the watermaliense self pollinate, or is there any chance that they might have crossed?
