It is surely Anthurium salgarense Croat that you refer to. It is a very pretty member of sect. Belolonchium and produces strange berries that are half orange and half black. It occurs in several places in the Cordillera Occidentale. I collected the type near Salgar, not too distant from the Rio Cauca in Antioquia.
