Re: Rooting Philodendron Prince of Orange

Hi Al
I'm guessing there's still part of the main "stem" from which the leaves are growing. If it were me; I would simply stick it in a moist pot of "Pro Mix" which I use for everything, and wait for the roots to grow, which should happen pretty quickly.
I have also had success doing this by putting "top cuttings" right into a cup of water.
I have small ones. I can send you one, if you lose yours.
Best, Jude

Folks

All I have left after the summer outdoors are the top few leaves.  I’m thinking of moistening the stem dusting with rooting hormone powder then wrapping in Spanish moss or the like and anchoring in perlite until roots form.  Does this make senses?  Other advice?

Thanks!
Clear skies,
Al
