No slide show--posters and photos instead

Hi Everyone,
To clear up questions about the traditional conference slide show--
there will NOT be a slide show this year.  Instead:

The Photo Gallery
This replaces the traditional ACGA Slide Show. Instead we are asking you to
bring ONE posterboard (per garden or project) containing photographs and
descriptions of your garden. These posters should be no larger that 48"
(most posterboard available are 30"x40"). These will be displayed in the
foyer outside the banquet room of the hotel during the duration of the
conference. Please have your poster completed when you come. If you are able
to bring an easel  to display your poster, please bring it. Supplies in SLC
are limited. 

ACGA Scrapbook
In addition to the posters we would also like to have up to TWO  8.5² x 11²
pages of photographs of your garden project for an A.C.G.A. 2001 scrapbook.
The pages can be laid out however you want--you can submit one picture and
one page of description or eight smaller photos & text on two pages, etc.
Itıs up to you. Color photocopies are an excellent way to do this. If you
are submitting the original photos, please mount them securely on the paper.
And remember, these photos wonıt be returned to you.
