The following chefs are participating in Chefs in a
Garden this year. Community Gardeners donate fresh veggies
and herbs and thechefs provide everything else like meats, fish,
flours, pastas and dairy to prepare dishes live, on site, for 250
people. This year they are:

would have to rent

Charred Sea Scallops on Jalapeno Cream Sauce with Roasted Corn

Stuffed Flank Steak Midwest Bounty with Braised Leeks and Roasted Shallot
Port Wine Reduction
