Thank you so much for contacting us, and I apologize for the confusion regarding these grants.  The most important thing you should know is yes, these grants are available, and you would make your application directly to ACGA.   The deadline for application is August 15th.  You may find a form for grant application on ACGA’s website at http://www.communitygarden.org/whatsnew.php
