Hartford community ED.

    I was interrested in the negitive/downside response to this concept. My
immediate thought had been to respond with that a local city development
ordinance now requires residential developers to set aside (10?-20?%)
acreage for parkland.
.    I made notes from the original posting because it was information I had
not been familiar with.  I admire those who act and think beyond personal
use and gain in provideing to others.
    Reading the postings often brings insight.
