a suggestion about the list...

Hi,

I love this list and am on the verge of posting my
first question, if I could only remember what it was.
:) 

Anyway

I know there are many places & orginizations that have
multiple lists. One list is for discussion, advice and
feedback and the other is for news and announcements. 

I don't know what it takes to run this list as far as
moderators are concerned but I do know that signing up
for a list is usually an automated process. 

I see the simplicity in hitting delete but I think
there is value added with an additional list. Has this
evololved so much that a second list would be
beneficial?
