Jim,  We us a WARP crew every other Saturday as a clean up and gardening crew. They do planting, weeding, landscaping etc. WARP is Work Alternate Release Program and are people sentenced to 1 to 10 days community service for mistomeanor charges by NYC court.  Bissel donates 1,500 plus organic vegies to three soup kitchens a year and Parks and others with 1,000 plus potted trees each year.
