you know what's weird about this... here in my area we can get beautiful
clean compost delivered free to the gardens (while supplies last), but cross
the line into one of the other four cities inside the I-285 perimeter and
you can kiss your grass clippings goodbye.
thanks for all the responses. i'm forwarding them to city hall to thwart
the end-run against city compost for community gardens.
