This would be a good program to run through our American Community Gardening
Association. It sounds similar to From the Roots Up, but with specific group
leadership/dynamics for all organizations. Have you approached the ACGA
Board?

Subject: [cg] Seeking Group Communication/Dynamics Trainer
Greetings and Happy New Year!
I am researching ways to offer garden groups training in group communication
and dynamics.
As I see it, these skills are the ones lacking in groups (thus gardens) that
fall apart. Failed garden projects can give reason for political officials
and funders to turn their backs on what community gardens offer.
Our idea is to offer 3 workshops during the growing season: meeting
management, group communication, conflict resolution.
If you know of anyone who is a professional in this type of training, please
refer them directly to me at jverin@pennhort.org or the phone number below.
Thank you, and Happy Gardening!
