sanitation workers object to mulching

Someone who is a Union member has to talk to the local unions.  This is
ridiculous, the garbage will only end up in Penna... Better New York
community gardeners should be able to use the mulched trees.  I most
certainly will ask my old man to bring it up at a union meeting down here
because I'll bet we have the same problem brewing.
