balloons to community gardens!!

Adam Honigman,  - PLEASE tell us more of your teenage rebellion with a guy
named Adam Purple.  That has to be a very good story for a pre-teen novella.
Sort of Harry Potter for the Earth Day kids.  (I have grandchildren from
kids I dragged around when begging borough trash trucks and Catholic church
parking lots for recycling before Earth Day started.)

I have been chuckling all morning thinking of balloons with fertilizer,
water and seeds.  Were the balloons biodegradable?
