Open space and c ommunity garden policies, zoning and planning

Hi ACGA folks,

A few years ago Lenny Librizzi collected information on open space and
community garden policies, zoning and planning from various cities.
Does anyone have a copy of that document that they could email to me?
Also, is there a current version of various examples of community garden
preservation policies?

Here in Minneapolis, MN we are in a race to to preserve community
gardens on City/County owned property and could use any information on
creating public policy.
