Subject: [cg] Cuban Gardening

Hi all,

I'm travelling to Cuba later this year, and hoping to find some volunteer work in urban agriculture or local gardens. If anyone has contacts in Cuba or knows of any organisations who work in Cuba on these issues, I'd love to get their details.

I've been involved in Australian Community Gardens, on and off, for about 6 years. I currently volunteer in a local primary school in the extensive kitchen garden (including chikens in the playground!) which is fully integrated into the curriculum.

Cheers,

Elvira
