Comrades: A Modest Proposal: I think a greenhouse would be a splendid place to lock anti-environmental lobbyists and legislators for a few hours on a nice hot August day to explain the greenhouse effect. Folks outside could drink nice cool beverages and take shade under a nearby "polluting" tree.
