RE: seed source and tool/book catalog

I agree with John. I have visited this group in Port Townsend, and they are
growing heirlooms and promoting seed saving with integrity. Their address is
Abundant Life Seed Foundation, P.O. Box 772, Port Townsend, WA 98368
e-mail is: abundant@olypen.com

There is a beautiful group, sadly under-recognized, called the Abundant Life
Seed Foundation.
A small, non-profit in Port Townsend, WA , ALSF is dedicated to being a seed
bank for heirlooms, particularly those which are endangered or rare. They
also make 1-time donations to groups willing to learn and do seed saving.
Great catalog, too! for seeds, tools, books....
Wonderful, wonderful people.
For 4 years, I've been growing an endangered bean known as "Iroquois,"
originally from that tribe, and sending 1/2 the harvest to them for safe
keeping and sharing.

Please spread the word about this fine group!
