3rd International Symposium:AGROENVIRON-2002
SUSTAINABLE AGRO-ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS: 
 New Technologies and Applications

October 26-28, 2002. 
NARSS, Cairo, Egypt.

AGROENVIRON symposia is a scientific solidarity and
cooperation progress coming out from the 1st
International Symposium held at the University of
Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan in 1998, with
follow-up of the 2nd, held at Trakya University,
Tekirdag, Turkey in 2000. We have the pleasure to
invite you to participate in the 3rd Symposium, to be
held at
the National Authority for Remote Sensing and
Space Sciences (NARSS), Egypt in 2002. This symposium
will certainly provide a good opportunity for the
scientists to interact with scientists, from all over
the world and helps to create awareness among
international community on agro-environmental issues.

The PROPOSED TOPICS include: Precision agriculture,
Climate change, Biotechnology, Land and water
resources, Crop monitoring and yield forecasting,
Forestry and range land, Desertification and land
degradation, Pollution (air, soil and water),
Agricultural waste management, Wetland and coastal
ecology, Environmental biodiversity, Geo-information
technologies, Other related topics will be considered.

DEADLINES

Submitting abstracts:          November 30, 2001
Notification of acceptance:    January 30, 2002
Full paper due:                March 30, 2002
