Lawsuits / Liability in Community Gardens - II

Community gardens  do not need "Director's and Officer's" insurance for their 
steering committes.  In an "at your own risk," garden, with a democratically 
elected steering committee maintaining safety rules.

I don't care how insane the attorney is who thinks a community garden has 
deep pockets, no community garden is ENRON.
