Lawsuit/Ninth St. Community GardenPark

A serious legal procedure is before the City Of New York Commission on Human Right concerning the above mentioned garden.  In addition, there is a case before the New York State Supreme Court.  At issue is the City's failure to address illegal activities and violations of the City's Administrative code committed by the the park members.  This threatens all the community parks because it illustrates the lax supervision by the City GreenThumb/Parks ( Edie Stone, Susan Feilds) of community organizations who have run the park as a private club.
